Explore the ResidencesHow do you measure a good life?
Is it the address? The square footage? The view from the window? Perhaps it's something quieter than that. Something the eye can't quite price.
Your home is proof — not of what you own, but of who you are. Your soul. Your character. Your originality, written into every room. A space that feels lived in, considered — not manufactured. Not perfect. Yours.
More than a room. A home of your own. Not a blank canvas, waiting to be filled. Not a blueprint, repeated down every street. A place with a past — and space enough for the rest of your story.
Named for a poet. Rooted in Clapham.
Guillaume Apollinaire, a French poet and critic, was a foremost literary figure of the early 20th century who influenced Cubism and Surrealism. He wrote the poems 'Annie' and 'L'Émigrant de Landor Road' about his unrequited love for Annie Playden, who lived at 75 Landor Road — and our love for the area is directly inspired by that real-life love story.
Every detail honors what came before.
This former South London hospital has been thoughtfully rejuvenated into a stunning suite of residences, aptly named Apollinaire Mews. Traces of its past remain in the bones of the building — in proportions, in materials, in a certain quiet dignity that can't be recreated from scratch, while every interior has been reimagined for the way people live today.

Life, uninterrupted
Make my life here effortless.
This isn't a compromise on ownership — it's the point of it. A home you can close the door on, for a week or a season, and return to exactly as you left it: nothing to maintain, nothing to worry over, nothing quietly demanding your attention while you're gone.
The formula stops at the façade
Multiple residences and new developments claim to hold the formula for modern living. They offer simplicity, sleek finishes, curated amenities, luxe atmospheres engineered down to the last light fixture.
But polish isn't the same as understanding. What most of these developments provide is a beautifully staged shell and little else. They sell an aesthetic of ease without offering the sensitivity and consideration that actual living requires… The formula stops at the façade.
A nod to service: more than a property
We provide something more than just a property. We combine home with service, making every part of living that little bit more considered and intentional. This isn't just an address — it's a way of living.
More than a collection of properties — a genuine, human service. Not robotic. Not transactional. Redefining conventional living: a place where tradition is reinvented for modern life.
Not a service. An extension of home.
Dedication
On hand for the everyday and exceptional; anticipating details.
Discretion
Security that lets you feel at ease, never watched.
Anticipation
Needs met before they are voiced; quiet care.
Extension of Home
Genuine personal care, not a transactional checklist.

Where poetry meets our corner of Clapham
Landor Road has always been a sanctuary for character, memory, and reinvention. Named after the celebrated poet and author Walter Savage Landor (1775–1864) — whose writings championed independence, quiet reflection, and classical balance — our street became home to another literary pioneer at the turn of the twentieth century.
